FAQS

General Questions

Why are your stamp prices cheaper than the post office?

We legally acquire stamps from businesses and the public, including surplus commercial mail, company liquidations, wedding invitations, and collections from philatelists. All of our procurement processes and transactions comply with Canadian law and are supervised by our legal team. By sourcing large quantities of stamps through these channels, we can offer them at lower prices to our customers.

Are your stamps authentic Canada Post stamps?

Yes, all the stamps we sell are genuine stamps issued by Canada Post. Each stamp goes through rigorous authenticity checks to ensure they are legitimate and usable. We also provide a refund guarantee for any issues. Additionally, any fraudulent or counterfeit stamps are reported to the appropriate authorities to protect our customers.

Is it legal to buy stamps at a price below their face value?

Yes, it is legal to buy and sell used stamps at prices below their face value according to Canadian law. This is a common practice, especially among collectors or businesses that use stamps for mailing purposes.

What is the condition and authenticity of your stamps?

All our stamps are authentic, unused, and in excellent condition, suitable for both mailing and collecting. Unless otherwise stated, the stamps come from full sheets, booklets, or rolls and have no damage or signs of wear.

Do I need to be in the mailing or shipping business to buy from you?

No, you do not need to be involved in mailing or shipping to purchase from us. We sell stamps to anyone who intends to use them for legitimate mailing purposes or for personal collections.
